This is a brilliant dealer with loads of amazing cars. One side of the building is rolls Royce and the other is the McLaren dealer. I LOVE IT.
I loved my visit to the showroom! Compared to the beautiful showroom where I live, just outside NYC in Bergen County, NJ, this was like a superstore. Staff were amazing too and knowledgeable... I absolutely love this location and, of course, THE CARS!

Excellent customer service at McLaren Manchester when I went to look around their new showroom last week. The showroom in Wilmslow is absolutely amazing and is shared with Rolls Royce, which makes visiting it even more exciting. I would like to say a big thanks to the salesman Chris, who really knows his stuff about the cars and is absolutely brilliant. He was extremely courteous and enthusiastic with me offering me a test drive (which I politely declined as I was not in a position to buy straight away). Chris clearly loves the cars, as well as his job, and is a credit to the company. Now all I have to do is save up enough for a 720s and I'll definitely be back.
Nice reception staff and I like the fact that McLaren share the same building as Rolls Royce. But the sales staff need training on how to be hospitable and how to give a potential customer a good experience when visiting the show room. I took the afternoon off because I was informed by Rhino Events that the appointments are allocated in two hourly time slots but when I was eventually seen by the sales rep he couldnt wait to get away and I was left to wonder around the show room by myself. I wasnt even allowed a test drive!
