TLC=Total Lack of Competence. They repaired a minor scratch and ruined the whole car by their lack of knowledge or negligence. Now I have a few thousand pounds repair to be done from my own pocket all because of these cowboys.

Just really lovely people, and I mean all the staff. Having your car damaged can be upsetting, but when you go to this repair centre it feels more like a pleasurable experience. Their repair work is exactly as they say, " to manufacturer's standards ". I had a considerable amount of damage to my car, basically the whole passenger side of the car was seriously damaged during an accident. Now it's brand spanking new!! And no matter how close you look for signs the car has been repaired, you'll never find any. I'd give 10 if I could.
