Waited four days for a repeat prescription and had to keep phoning for that, otherwise it would have been the following week,I work away a lot of the time and have to order in advance,I have now missed my work schedule it is going to cost me at least 230 for the one day delying me, they have a 48 hour repeat prescription waiting time,asked about this for the third time,they couldn't care less, so now I will book a appointment everytime just because of the incompetence of there system and take up a appointment that could have gone to someone more needy.
Dr shipstons receptionists at this practice are really friendly & helpful. They can't do enough to help and advise. I moved from my old practice due to the receptionists being rude but I'm really impressed here . Great job well done .
