I've used the services of Moore Secure since 1998. I have looked at other companies and always returned them as the service is friendly, they take time to understand my needs and patiently explain their proposal. My recent CCTV and Alarm installation was on time, tidy and fairly priced. Excellent.
Purchased a new build that had an alarm and sound system fitted by Moore Secure, they have been brilliant every time I have needed them. From showing me how to work it, to coming out when I needed them. Brilliant communication throughout. Special mention to Russell who was amazing.
Had an alarm fitted today and not only have they done a brilliant job the installers were polite, professional and very neat. I had clients coming in to the office during the installation and the installers were courteous and mindful that my business was operational. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Very happy indeed!
I dont know anything about alarm systems and security, so I was nervous when I went out into the marketplace looking at security systems for my home, not wanting to get ripped off etc. Moore Secure was the first company to be patient with me and helped me understand everything I needed to know to use my new CCTV security system!
